Welcome to Rapamar Container Company. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.rapamar.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

About Rapamar

Rapamar Container Company is a Tennessee-based manufacturer of corrugated ice cream boxes and bulk packaging supplies, headquartered at 6341 US-41 ALT, Suite B, Pleasant View, TN 37146. We serve ice cream shops, gelato shops, frozen yogurt stores, food distributors, dairy producers, frozen dessert manufacturers, cold storage facilities, and grocery retailers across the United States.

Eligibility

Our products are intended for business and wholesale customers. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to make purchases on behalf of your business.

Orders and Pricing

All orders are sold by the case unless otherwise stated. Each case contains the quantity listed on the product page. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Volume discounts are applied automatically at 6+ cases, 11+ cases, and pallet quantities. Pallet pricing is available upon request and does not include freight.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear fraudulent, orders that we are unable to fulfill, or orders placed in error.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order unless other terms have been agreed to in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, timelines, and costs are governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery of the order to the carrier. Buyers are responsible for inspecting deliveries upon arrival and reporting any damage in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are limited to defective or damaged items and are subject to the terms of our Return and Refund Policy. Custom-printed and custom-designed containers are non-returnable.

Product Use

Rapamar containers are designed for the storage, transport, and display of frozen desserts. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the product is suitable for their specific application. Containers should be stored in clean, dry conditions prior to use, and used in accordance with standard food packaging practices.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, product designs, photographs, logos, and the Rapamar name, is the property of Rapamar Container Company and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occur, and we do not warrant that all information on the Site is complete or error-free. Rapamar reserves the right to correct any errors and to update information on the Site at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rapamar Container Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid by you for that order.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rapamar Container Company, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
