Shipping policy

Rapamar Container Company ships corrugated ice cream boxes and packaging supplies to businesses across all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Order Processing

We typically keep all of our ice cream box options in stock and ready to ship. Orders placed before 11:00 AM Central Time on a business day usually ship the same day. Orders placed after the 11:00 AM CST cutoff will typically ship the next business day. Larger orders, pallet orders, and custom-designed containers may require additional lead time. If your order will be delayed for any reason, we will contact you directly.

Shipping Costs

Ground shipping is free on all case orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Express and overnight shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Pallet and Bulk Orders

Pallet pricing is available upon request and does not include freight. Because of our shipping volume, we have negotiated competitive freight rates and pass those savings to our customers. Freight for pallet orders is quoted separately based on destination, pallet count, and carrier availability. Volume Discounts

Discounts are applied automatically based on order quantity. Pricing breaks are available at 6+ cases, 11+ cases, and pallet quantities.

Delivery and Freight Inspection

For all freight and pallet deliveries, please inspect the shipment at the time of delivery. If you observe any damage to the cartons or pallets, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us within 7 days at sales@icecreamboxsolutions.com. Damage that is not noted at delivery may limit our ability to file a claim with the freight carrier.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. For pallet orders, the freight carrier will typically contact you directly to schedule delivery.

International Shipping

We currently ship to business customers within the United States only. For inquiries about shipping outside the U.S., please contact us directly at sales@icecreamboxsolutions.com and we will let you know what options may be available.
