Ice Cream Box Assembly Instructions
Watch our step by step video guides for assembling Rapamar ice cream boxes, gelato boxes, and RAPASTACK containers. Made in the USA at our facility in Tennessee.
RAPASTACK™ Stackable, Nesting Ice Cream Containers
RAPASTACK™ tubs are made from 32pt food grade paper, with reinforced plastic rings and true flat bottoms for stability. They come in two sizes: 2.64 gallon (10 liter) and 3 gallon (12 liter). Choose from a standard paper lid or a reusable plastic lid. If you use the paper lid, we recommend pairing it with our corrugated disc for added rigidity and stackability. RAPASTACK™ is a great replacement for plastic tubs, with no washing, rinsing, or sanitizing required. Use them once, then toss them out.
2.5 Gallon Rectangular Ice Cream Box: Folding and Assembly
This video shows how to fold and assemble our 2.5 gallon rectangular corrugated ice cream box, our best selling ice cream packaging size. We walk through the complete folding process for the box, then show you how to fold the box lid. It is a quick and easy process, and once complete, your box is ready for production.
3 Gallon Octagon Ice Cream and Gelato Box: Folding and Assembly
This video shows how to fold and assemble our 3 gallon octagon corrugated ice cream box. The same instructions apply to our gelato boxes as well. The box starts flat and has 8 folds total. We walk through each fold to get the box fully assembled, then show you how to finish the lid: break out the tabs, push the triangles in, fold the outer edges inward, and lock them into place to secure the lid.
3 Gallon Square Ice Cream Box: Folding and Assembly
This video shows how to fold and assemble our 3 gallon square corrugated ice cream box, the only square box in our lineup. The assembly process is very similar to our rectangular boxes, with a few minor differences. We also show a good practice for checking your finished box: look inside for any light or gaps, then press down firmly to close them and help prevent leaking.
Rapamar Facility Tour: Cold Storage and Ice Cream Making
Take a look inside Rapamar's facility as we walk through our cold storage process and show how our ice cream boxes are made from start to finish. Our owner, Joey Boykin, who also owns Golly G's, walks you through the facility, the process, and how their ice cream is made. You will also see our Cooledge™ stainless steel guards, used to protect and display product in cold storage and retail settings.
