Refund policy
At Rapamar Container Company, we stand behind the quality of every corrugated ice cream box we manufacture. Because our products are bulk packaging supplies sold by the case and pallet, we accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@icecreamboxsolutions.com or (615) 219-5033. To process your claim quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping carton
Once we receive your claim, we will review it within 2 business days. Approved claims will be resolved by either replacing the damaged items at no cost to you or, where replacement is not practical, issuing a refund to your original payment method.
For freight and pallet deliveries, please inspect the shipment at the time of delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Damage that is not noted at delivery may limit our ability to file a claim with the freight carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Custom-printed or custom-designed containers
- Special orders
- Orders where damage is reported more than 7 days after delivery
- Products that have been used, soiled, or stored in conditions that compromise their condition
- Freight damage that was not noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet entered processing or shipping can usually be canceled at no charge. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and are subject to the terms of this policy.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Once issued, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. For approved replacements, Rapamar covers the cost of reshipment. Freight charges on pallet orders are not refundable except in cases where the damage or defect is the result of a Rapamar error.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please contact us to discuss your situation, or place a new order separately.
