How does freight work on pallet orders?
Pallet orders ship via LTL freight with quotes calculated separately based on destination, pallet count, and carrier availability. Because of our shipping volume, we've negotiated competitive freight rates that we pass directly to wholesale customers. Freight is not included in pallet pricing but is quoted upfront so you know the total landed cost.
What about case orders smaller than a pallet?
Case orders ship via ground freight, and ground shipping is free on case-quantity orders within the contiguous United States. This applies even to wholesale accounts — case-quantity reorders ship at no shipping cost to you.
Are Rapamar containers food safe for ice cream distribution?
Yes. Our corrugated containers are manufactured with a food-safe moisture barrier coating.
