What industries does Rapamar make packaging for?

We make packaging for ice cream shops, gelato shops, frozen yogurt stores, dairy producers, frozen dessert manufacturers, wholesale distributors, and cold storage and logistics operations. We also build custom cardboard boxes for businesses outside those categories.

Do you make packaging if my business is not on this list?

Yes. If it can be made from corrugated cardboard, we can quote it. Send your dimensions, your shape, and what you are packing, and we will tell you what is possible in production.

Is the packaging actually different from one industry to the next?

The board and the coating are consistent. What changes is the format and the build. A scoop shop buys pint and quart formats by the case, a manufacturer buys 2.5 and 3 gallon bulk tubs by the pallet, and a cold storage operation needs the wall thickness matched to its stack height.

Do all industries get the same food safe coating?

Yes. Every container we manufacture carries a food safe moisture barrier coating, which is why the same board works for a retail freezer case and a racked cold storage warehouse. We can confirm food grade specs as part of your quote.

Do you ship to all 50 states?

Yes. We ship nationwide from our Tennessee facility. Case orders ship with free ground shipping, and pallet orders are quoted separately based on destination and quantity.

Can I get a sample before ordering?

Yes. We send a physical sample for approval before any production run, so you can load it, stack it, and test it in your own operation before you commit.
