★ The Preamble ★

When in the Course of Frozen Commerce.

When in the course of frozen commerce it becomes necessary for a creamery to dissolve the bands which have bound it to flimsy, sweating cartons — and to assume, among the freezers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of cold and of good business entitle it — a decent respect for the opinions of every scoop shop requires that it declare the causes which impel the change.

We hold these truths to be self-evident: that not all boxes are created equal; that they are endowed by their manufacturer with certain unalienable qualities; that among these are Strength, Stackability, and the pursuit of a Clean Shelf. That to secure these qualities, containers are milled among honest men, deriving their just construction from the demands of the trade.

★ The Proclamation ★

Resolved, in Three Articles.

I
Whereas

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania ranks among the foremost dairy states in the Union — home to storied creameries, Plain-country family farms, and a frozen-dessert tradition older than the Republic itself.

II
Whereas

Four full seasons, from the river-damp summers of Philadelphia to the lake-effect winters of Erie, test cold packaging as few climates in the nation can.

III
Whereas

Bulk freezer demand runs without season or pause — from the Delaware to the Ohio, from the Poconos to the Laurel Highlands, in every one of sixty-seven counties.

Be it known — Rapamar ships ice cream boxes to all of Pennsylvania.

Coated cardboard containers, wholesale ice cream packaging, bulk corrugated runs, and custom-printed pints — milled in Tennessee, freighted to every Pennsylvania county.

The Address.

“Four score and seven flavors ago…”

…our founders brought forth upon this Commonwealth a new container — conceived in cold storage, and dedicated to the proposition that all ice cream is created to be packaged well.

Now we are engaged in a great test of summer, testing whether that container, or any container so conceived, can long endure the freezer. It is for us rather to be dedicated to the great task remaining — that this packaging, of the people, by the manufacturer, for the scoop shop, shall not melt from the earth.

— with apologies, and gratitude, to a speech given some miles south, at Gettysburg.

★ Questions of Record ★

Frequently Asked.

Q I.Do you truly ship cardboard ice cream containers to every county in Pennsylvania?
Yes — all 67 counties are served on our regular routes, from Philadelphia and Pittsburgh to the smallest borough in between.
Q II.Will these boxes survive a Pennsylvania summer in a working freezer?
They are engineered for sustained sub-zero storage and tested through repeated freeze-thaw cycles, so they hold their form from June humidity to January lake-effect cold.
Q III.What is the minimum order for ice cream packaging shipped to Pennsylvania?
Stocked sizes ship in low-MOQ case quantities, so a single shop can order without committing to a full production run.
Q IV.Can I receive custom-printed boxes for my Pennsylvania brand?
Yes. We print custom designs and send digital proofs for your approval before any production run begins.
Q V.How quickly do orders arrive in Philadelphia or Pittsburgh from Tennessee?
In-stock items typically arrive in 3–5 business days; custom runs take roughly 2–3 weeks from proof approval.
Q VI.Are you set up to supply Pennsylvania dairies and frozen-dessert manufacturers?
Absolutely — creameries, co-ops, and manufacturers are a core part of our customer base, with spec-driven packaging and pallet-quantity pricing.
